Defensive Shooting Training in Demand as Gun Sales Continue to Spike

Police Sgt Damon Ing Equipping Community with Life Saving Skills

Fort Worth, Texas (August 8, 2016) – LTC instructor Sgt. Damon Ing is currently a Firearms advisor for the History Channel and the TV Show Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders: Making the Cut. He has also appeared on Channel 4, 5, 8, 11, and 21 in the Dallas/FW area as an expert in the Texas License to Carry course.

Sgt Ing“Gun sale trends continue to rise for a variety of reasons and many in the general public are discovering the need to have training in the use of their firearms in defensive situations and insights into avoiding dangerous situations,” says Sgt Damon Ing. “I’ve been a police officer for many years and have come across some really bad characters, people I hope my students never encounter on their daily trips to the gas station, retail parking lots, or when dining.”

“This information could save your life,” said one recent students who took the first of a series of classes sponsored by of Fort Worth in July.
