Queen Theatre Adaptation of “Alice in Wonderland” Coming to Houston!

Have you heard? Queen Theatre is currently producing an adaptation of “Alice in Wonderland” by Artistic Director Katie Harrison and Executive Director Erika Waldorf to be featured at Houston Baptist University’s Dunham Theater.  Queen Theatre presents this beloved classic skillfully combining Alice’s two excursions through Wonderland into one musical masterpiece.  With a never before heard score composed by Josh Hummel, winner of various composition awards most notably the Frederick Fennel Prize and Leonard Bernstein Award, Alice soars through Wonderland with experiences beyond her wildest dreams, or was it really all a dream?

The dynamic duo, who produced successful showings of “Little Women”, “Treasure Island”, and “Romeo and Juliet”, are on a mission to create a production that combines many performing aspects (theatre, dance, puppetry, and film!) into one ultimate experience for the whole family to enjoy at an amazing venue. Tickets can be purchased at this link: “Alice in Wonderland” (Tickets from $15 to $25).   Showings start:  July 7, 12-14 (please see ticket link for specific times).
